INSULATION AND JOINERY

• The entire building has been comprehensively insulated with high performance EPS graphite polystyrene with low lambda factor, which ensures exceptional thermal efficiency.

• Triple glass windows with high-quality aluminum profiles from the Polish manufacturer guarantee excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

• The windows are mounted in a warm mounting system (EPDM tapes), eliminating thermal bridges and improving tightness.

• Automatic sun blinds are installed on the windows, controlled remotely as part of the Smart Home system.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

• The whole house is equipped with high efficiency water underfloor heating in every room — in accordance with the standards of colder European countries such as Germany or Poland. The system includes densely distributed heating pipes over the entire surface of the floors.

• Heating and cooling is provided by a high-quality Panasonic heat pump, which also allows cooling in summer through the same floor system.

• An air conditioning system is installed throughout the house, the final units of which are selected according to the preferences of the customer.

SMART HOME SYSTEM

The house is equipped with an advanced and fully functional FIBARO Smart Home system, which controls the key installations of the building:

• zone control of underfloor heating,

• air conditioning control,

• operation of roller shutters and sun visors,

• control of the garage door,

• alarm system,

• smoke, char and temperature sensors.

Control is possible both locally (iPad at home) and remotely (mobile application in smartphones).

The system can be expanded with:

• lighting control, including the creation of light scenes (e.g. evening mood, technical lighting),

• integration of the audio system with the FIBARO system.

In addition, the alarm system and video intercom can be controlled remotely — using a smartphone or iPad. This allows you to view and talk to people at the front gate from anywhere in the world, without having to be physically present at home
